I specialize in working with adults and couples. I am able to help with individual mental health issues, relationship/marital conflict, addiction, and life transitions/stressors, to name a few. I enjoy incorporating CBT and Mindfulness techniques into treatment, but I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to what meets your needs best.
I take a holistic and warm approach to therapy and am person-centered, empathic, and genuine in my practice. I am accepting new clients, and offering in-person therapy as well as Telehealth (remote video therapy). Christian counseling is available to clients upon request.
