Discovering the root causes of suffering, anxiety, and depression is difficult work. Using mindfulness techniques coupled with deep presence, I work with people to help create the life they would like to live. For over twenty years, I have honed my skills as an empathic listener. Without understanding, we find ourselves repeating patterns that are painful and unfulfilling. Using techniques from a variety of therapeutic models, I try to find the right approach for each person to come to a deeper understanding of themselves
We all want joy in our lives. By removing our obstacles to joy, we create the lives we want to live. Therapy does not require a singular approach. Through understanding, I approach each individual to see the roots of their issues. Together we work to illuminate and move beyond these issues through insight and mindfulness practices.
