I work from a trauma focused lens using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) modalities. I enjoy working with Asian American or other BIPOC clients, including mixed race individuals or couples, holding space for exploration of relationships, attachment issues, identity and racial trauma.
