We provide individual mental health counseling to adults and children. We specialize in working with adults and children who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues, and domestic/family violence. Life can be extremely challenging and we all need help navigating those challenges. Here at One Eighty Counseling Services, our goal is to help you "do a 180" which means to turn in a new direction. We give you a comfortable, safe space to work through those difficult emotions and circumstances. Our focus is to provide a place where you can be heard, valued, and appreciated for who you are.

I am a trauma-informed clinical social worker specializing in complex trauma. To explain what this means, I explore the multiple spaces where a person is a survivor from trauma. I provide an affirming, compassionate space for people healing from grief, abuse, medical trauma, military/military family experiences, substance use, relational stress, and other impactful lived experiences. I work hard to create safety, authenticity, and helping the people I serve reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.
