Trauma can have a lasting impact on your relationships, sense of safety, and emotional well-being, often affecting daily life long after the experience has ended. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults who have experienced abuse, violence, life-threatening events, and relational trauma. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe, supportive space to process these experiences, foster healing, build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate more meaningful relationships.
My primary modality is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well-researched, evidence-based treatment for trauma. EMDR allows us to process traumatic experiences without having to relive them in detail, helping your nervous system release what it has been holding onto and move toward a greater sense of stability and control
You can expect a therapist who is fully present, trauma-aware, and committed to doing real work, not just talking around the pain, but helping you move through it. I work best with adults who are ready for trauma-focused therapy and appreciate a therapist who is direct, skilled, and deeply informed about trauma.
