The decision to begin therapy can be difficult. My goal is to create a safe and brave space for clients to share problems and concerns that are affecting their daily functioning. Through a variety of interventions, I will assist you in resolving and/or managing the problems and stressors that are holding you back from living the life you want. I enjoy working with individuals, families and group therapy to resolve the issues that affect quality of life including Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. My specialty is assisting individuals with developing healthy coping skills to manage co-occurring disorders.
Through a variety of interventions, our work will center around psychoeducation, developing healthy coping skills and providing support in managing mental illness and substance abuse.
