I am Dr. Raquel Manning. I have over 10 years of clinical experience, working with individuals dealing with mental health concerns relating to anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, life stressors, grief/loss, sport & performance issues, multicultural & identity concerns, and pregnancy/postpartum challenges. I am passionate about helping clients improve their overall well-being and helping them overcome personal obstacles by developing the knowledge and skills needed to create a healthier and happier life for themselves. I create a safe space with empathy and compassion through a client-centered and solution-focused lens.
I currently offer virtual counseling services to adolescents and adults in the state of Florida. I also offer sport & performance services, working with individual athletes, teams and performing artists, focusing on the mental aspects of performance. I help athletes develop and use skills to optimize performance, enjoyment, and personal development in sport.
I believe that rapport and therapeutic relationships are extremely important. We will take our time to make sure I am the right fit for you.
