Hello, I'm Omega Erdelatz, a graduate counseling intern currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am excited to announce that I am accepting new clients. I am passionate about helping individuals explore ways to become "unstuck", and cultivate deeper interpersonal connections. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where my clients and I can work together on meaningful goals that enhance their overall mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
My background includes specialized training in lay counseling from the Lay Counseling Institute in Washington, DC and the Love Approach Training through Heartbeat International. Additionally, I have completed a year-long course in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Spiritual Formation, which has deepened my understanding of how our minds and emotions interact.
