Parenting a struggling teen can feel overwhelming, and being a teen who feels misunderstood can feel just as isolating. I help teens and parents navigate anxiety, depression, anger, school stress, and conflict at home. Together, we’ll improve communication, rebuild trust, and create lasting change. Teens gain confidence and healthier coping skills, while parents gain practical tools to better understand and support them—creating a calmer, more connected home.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I help parents and teens navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships using evidence-based, individualized care..
