Do you ever feel akin to Wuthering Heights—caught in the emotional intensity of a Heathcliff or Catherine dynamic? Perhaps you find yourself anxious & obsessively attached, pulled into relationships that feel consuming, destabilizing, or impossible to leave. The trauma patterns repeat: restless agitation, second-guessing your last text, chest tightness, or decoding every interaction. You may feel caught between your intuition and a powerful emotional pull toward someone who feels, at times, unsafe or unpredictable. Even when you try to detach, the attachment lingers due to limerence, a trauma bond, or unresolved attachment wounds.

I help clients decelerate these patterns in real time, interrupting the reflexive pull of obsessive attachment while building the tools to shift it—without shame or forcing yourself to “just move on.” Our work focuses on: reducing obsessive thought loops, strengthening emotional regulation, building self-esteem, and identifying unhealthy dynamics early.

My approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, Jungian Shadow work, IFS and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relational wounds—including breakup grief, infidelity, attachment injuries, and narcissistic abuse. I'm an out-of-network provider. Many clients with PPO plans are reimbursed 60-90 percent of the session fee after meeting their OON deductible.
