You struggle to concentrate at work and feel distracted when you're with loved ones - caught between your intuition and a persistent tug toward someone who feels unsafe or unpredictable. Even when you try to detach, the attachment lingers due to limerence, a trauma bond, attachment wounds, unresolved grief or trauma.

Using Attachment Theory, shadow work and parts work, we explore underlying wounds, fears, unmet needs, ADHD, AjD or OCD that may be fueling the obsession while building practical tools to regulate your emotions and interrupt obsessive thought loops without shame or pressure to “just move on.” We work to build self-esteem and spot unhealthy dynamics early on.
