Feeling lost, stuck, hopeless, and stressed out? Are you finding yourself feeling overwhelmed with fear and self-judgement? Are you having relationship issues? My main goal in therapy is to help you to heal as quickly as possible so you can resume your healthy & fulfilling life. I am warm, compassionate, caring, genuine, and understanding... yet direct and helpful. I will guide you through the process of healing, working closely with you during every step of your treatment. As long as you are willing to change, we can work together to achieve the best possible results.

I utilize variety of techniques with my clients such as CBT, IFS, EFT, mindfulness, hypnosis and NLP so results can be seen immediately. I have worked with young children (3+, adolescents, adults and families). I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, relationship, self-esteem and domestic violence issues.
