Hi, I’m Toyin. Life situations can feel rough and painful at times, but you don’t have to face them alone. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, PTSD, ADHD, depression, loss and grief, life transition, and relationship challenges.

I utilize TF- CBT, EMDR, CBT, IFS, ACT, Gottman Method, EFCT, faith-integrated therapy, and attachment-based approaches, along with a Trauma training from SIU School of Medicine, to help individuals and couples heal and navigate difficult seasons. Treatment is individualized, collaborative, and thoughtfully paced to promote healing and lasting change.
