Hi there, I'm Oluchi! Please feel free to call me Lu for short. I utilize a mixture of modalities. The main therapeutic process I utilize is founded in behavioral therapies, CBT, DBT, REBT, mixed with acceptance therapies, meditation, and mindfulness. I love working with a range of clients. I am comfortable treating most conditions, as the therapeutic process I use encompasses skills for many mental health issues.
I've been aware of the frailty of humans from a young age. I've felt things very strongly and at times have had a hard time processing and understanding thoughts and feelings. Wanting to understand how to manage my own mind/mental wellness convinced me to learn to heal myself and be able to help others by fulfilling a Master's degree in Counseling.
