I believe a good foundation for growth is a non-judgmental environment that helps build a safer space for an individual. I work with youth from ages 12 and up, families, and adults from across the life span as well as LGBTQIA + life experiences that are managing stress, conflict, self-esteem, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, building skills, and other life transitions and experiences.
I am passionate about learning from others’ experiences. I welcome varying perspectives from all walks of life. My style reflects honesty, warmth, and compassion as I appreciate seeing growth and change take place within my clients. I am bilingual in Spanish and English while working to add Japanese to my language skills.
