I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with their emotions, behaviors, relationships, and identity. I use a variety of approaches to provide flexible and collaborative care, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and art therapy.
As an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor, I value and respect each person’s unique background and lived experience. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself.
