In the beginning, your relationship felt fun, connected and loving, but now there’s distance between you. When you talk, neither of you feel like you’re getting anywhere. There may be some painful experiences that haven’t been healed, and some trust has been eroded. The possibility of enjoying each other again, as partners, lovers and friends, is one you and your partner feel ready to explore. I work with couples to help them learn to communicate more meaningfully and build stronger bonds for a more connected and joyful relationship. I am also certified in Systemic Affair Recovery to help couples heal hurts & betrayals.

Maybe you’ve reached a point in your life where you feel more uncertain of who you are and where you’re going than you have before. I help women who are struggling with peri-menopause/menopause, self-image, anxiety, depression, or past hurts or traumas and feel ready to explore their new identities, inner selves, emotional connections and personal growth.

With EFT, we'll discover how the patterns in your relationship keep you from getting closer & repairing past hurts. During treatment, I'll help you step out of the patterns, and engage in new experiences leading to a stronger bond and more trusting relationship.

Healthy Boundaries for Women

*Next Session Beginning March 2025* Learn to identify, find the language to set and maintain your boundaries in this 8-week workshop with other women who have all identified the need for healthy boundaries in their lives. Our group allows members to share their experiences as they learn and practicing boundaries in the areas of intimate partnerships, family relationships, friendships, work and social media. You’ll learn more about yourself, build boundary skills, and experience an intimate supportive group experience with other women.
