Hello there! The decision to begin therapy can be a challenging one. Kudos to you for starting here. My name is Olivia and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland and Board board-approved supervisor with 10+ years of working with working with adults, college students, teens, and families. In therapy, I will help you focus on navigating the challenges of life to find balance, peace, and healing. I am a big believer in meeting clients exactly where they are. I have experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, life changes, and those working through past traumatic experiences.
