About
Perhaps you’re facing challenges related to managing your home, relationships, career, and all of the unexpected things along the way, including postpartum and parenting adjustments, managing life with adult children, and/or caring for aging parents. The cares of life can cause stress and anxiety, and support for your mental health, as a woman, is essential for overall wellbeing. No matter the challenges you’re facing, we can work together to identify your best hopes for the future while creating sustainable change. You do not have to continue feeling alone, frustrated, or stuck without any options. Healing is possible!
Women’s mental health is comparable to terrain where every path to a goal is unique depending on your needs. We will work to determine your goals, and through a solution-oriented, collaborative approach, you will be supported in your journey to healing . It is possible to feel hopeful again, and hope is a central aspect in my work.
The wait is over - you do not have to spend another day wishing things were different! You can look forward to tomorrow with a fresh perspective and new ideas as a result of our work together. We heal in connection with others, and your hopes for the future will be the forefront of our work. While it is normal for women to keep going, sometimes we need help.
