I use evidence-based approaches to assist my clients in letting go of negative beliefs, and strengthen their capacity to navigate a challenge. My clients work with me to heal from past traumas and de-identify from their "programming", learn to accept themselves more fully and build confidence to help them accomplish their goals. I am trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy & Motivational Interviewing. I have worked as a therapist for over 10 years in the community, at college counseling centers and with Veterans. I love doing this work and partnering with people to improve their lives.
