Too often, we feel flawed for feeling deeply, alone in our sensitivity, and anxious in our relationships. My passion is helping my clients go from overwhelmed to stable, through trauma to resilience. I support college students and adults through anxiety, trauma, loneliness, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our work will explore the internal and external factors—both conscious and subconscious—that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Awareness and understanding of these factors promote healing from trauma, neglect, and overwhelm, empowering you to live a more fulfilling life.
My desire to understand and help others process trauma dates back 15 years, when I first worked with immigrants and refugees to navigate transitions to an unfamiliar new home.
I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability, or religion.
