Are you going through a difficult transition in life? Is your teen exhibiting signs of depression or anxiety? Or are you a later discovered Autistic and/or ADHD individual? Hi, I'm Olivia! I have a passion for working with individuals ages 14+ who come to therapy to work on life stressors, coping strategies, navigating relationships, and exploring self-esteem and identity in a safe and supportive environment. I love to welcome clients of all identities into this space to talk about all aspects of their life. Creating a safe, non-judgmental environment is my top priority. During our time, we may explore past and current behavior and thought patterns, relationships, and your future goals. I'm passionate in working with later discovered Autistic or ADHD clients and assisting them in their journey of discovery. As a later discovered AuDHDer myself, I know it can be a whirlwind to find this out! I'm also trained in EMDR.
I understand that therapy may feel like an intimidating experience, so my goal as a therapist is to make it an enjoyable experience as much as we can together and meet you where you're at.
