My goal as a clinician is to deeply understand and be by your side as you explore your life and circumstances. I will always hold compassion for you and help you find it for yourself as you work toward emotional healing and growth. I have a psychodynamic lens and perspective but pull interventions from a wide range of evidence-based practices such as Family Systems Therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. My aim as a therapist is to understand where the problems in your life and relationships began, how they are maintained, and from that understanding, how we can make meaningful change.
I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is essential to making change in therapy. I bring my authentic self to my work and you can count on my honesty, humor, professionalism and life experience as we work toward your goals.
