Welcome! My name is Olivia Snyder, and I'm a clinical social worker with over fifteen years experience in the therapeutic field. I utilize a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach to help you get to the root of your struggles and explore the barriers keeping you from thriving. We will analyze motivations, face fears, and work toward dismantling your conscious and unconscious defenses. I lead with curiosity, encouragement, empowerment, and welcome a challenging, two-way dialog. Queer people, artists, creatives, neurodivergent individuals, and people who feel like they don't "fit in" often feel especially at home in my practice.

My clients come to the table with a range of concerns, including depression and anxiety, trauma histories, complex childhoods/CPTSD, and relationship struggles. I'm especially passionate about individual expression, identity explorations, and assisting LGBTQIA+ individuals explore their selfhood. Creativity and the arts inform my practice.
