I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I welcome whatever you bring to therapy, but I am especially passionate about exploring identity, relationships, and body liberation.
