Hi, My name is Olivia! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor whose interest is in providing empathy and understanding to my clients in order to promote healing, happiness, and a state of calmness and peace. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a trauma-based treatment to address more intense traumatic events that may have caused Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD) or other various psychological conditions promoted by traumatic events.
I consider myself eclectic, by applying additional complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negate perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
