I am a multicultural, bilingual (in Spanish and English) Marriage and Family Therapist with almost 40 years of experience across Latin America, California, and the New York City area. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and the neurobiological responses underlying human behavior. Many of my clients are able to cope and manage conflicts better within just a few sessions.
My passion is accompanying my clients in their journey towards mental health and giving them avenues for personal, professional, and familial growth.
