Being an authentic psychotherapist for my clients is crucial towards forging a lasting and useful therapeutic relationship. I am a firm believer that a psychotherapist must understand and work on themselves in order to fully help their clients. My therapeutic style is a combination of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), DBT, and Psychodynamic. I will provide a kind, nonjudgmental space—but I will also ask you to question deeply held beliefs that may not be serving you. I specialize in Sex/Pornography Issues and run sex/pornography issue support groups. I am currently a CSAT-candidate.

This is a men's sex and pornography issues/addiction support group. This group provides a space for men with sex addiction, pornography addiction, and infidelity issues to grow, become more accountable, financial stability, and support for their sobriety. This group employs behavioral strategies, coping skills, and explores causal factors of addiction. It is also psychodynamic. This group can supplement 12-step participation.
