I work with adults (18+) struggling with OCD, PTSD, Perinatal OCD, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I am especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals, first responders, and other helping professionals, while welcoming anyone seeking compassionate, evidence-based care. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can reduce anxiety, heal from trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with the life that matters most to you. I specialize in treating OCD, PTSD, Perinatal OCD, and PMADs using evidence-based therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). As a member of IOCDF and PSI, I provide individualized care grounded in current best practices.
