My clinical interests include individual therapy for adolescents, teens and young adults. My areas of clinical interest include grief, anxiety, depression, relationship/family concerns, attachment issues, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Creating a space for individuals to explore their feelings, often for the first time, is incredibly powerful. As a therapist, I am privileged to be a vessel for growth and positive change. I love helping clients feel confident in themselves to continue healing, even outside of the therapy space.
