My name is Olivia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with clients who’ve experienced a wide range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, women's issues, low self-esteem, relationships, and parenting concerns. I am especially passionate about helping clients who struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem. I work collaboratively with clients using their strengths to support and promote self-empathy, and to help clients attain coping skills and emotional tools essential to maintain a fulfilled life.
I believe the foundation of a healthy therapeutic relationship includes trust, respect, understanding, and a nonjudgmental environment. My approaches include Client-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
