I I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest about what is really going on. I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and honesty. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, make sense of recurring patterns, and work towards changes that fit who you are - not who you think you should be.
I typically take a more exploratory approach. Most of my experience is working with people who feel different and struggle to find a place where they can learn who they are without any type of masking.
