I have worked as a social worker linking people to services and resources and as a clinical coordination of care for populations managing mental health concerns as well as cognitive disabilities. I have been a community behavioral health clinician as well as a member of an integrated care team working with physical health providers.
In my practice, I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, acute/complex trauma, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, perinatal mood disorders, grief, and more. I take a trauma-informed approach in all that I do and want to make this experience work for you!
