I am currently accepting in-person clients only. My goal is to provide a space for you to develop and work toward goals that feel relevant and doable, and there are multiple approaches we can take. I enjoy working with clients to increase self awareness, understand how the past impacts the present, learn/practice skills to manage the effects of trauma, or work on effectiveness in relationships. I believe therapy should be productive and enlightening, but I also know it's uncomfortable and vulnerable. I will ask for your honest feedback throughout the therapy process so that I can adjust my approach as needed.
I've worked in a variety of settings including teen residential, hospital intensive outpatient program (IOP), and readjustment counseling with Veterans. I'm trained in skills-based models such as CBT/ACT, and Exposure Response Prevention for OCD. But most importantly, I value empathetic listening, as well as active interaction with my clients.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation so that we can discuss your specific needs.
