Through focusing on person-centered individual or couples counseling my goal is to help you to navigate the rough waters of life, to find peace in the chaos, and to find hope in the heartache.
My goal as a counselor is to create an environment that allows you to express who you are without any fear of judgment. I am here for you, to support you, and help you to be the best version of yourself every day.
