Life is hard. We all hit rough patches and we don’t always know where to turn. Whether we are experiencing anxiety, life changes, relationship problems, postpartum mental health changes, or just life happening, we all need someone. That’s where I come in. I aim to help adults ranging from young adults to those that are in their golden years to find their calm and focus on growth and healing. Through focusing on person-centered individual or couples counseling my goal is to help you to navigate the rough waters of life, to find peace in the chaos, and to find hope in the heartache.
My goal as a counselor is to create an environment that allows you to express who you are without any fear of judgment. I am here for you, to support you, and help you to be the best version of yourself every day. Your emotions, wishes, dreams, experiences, and anything in between are witnessed and validated in this space because everybody deserves it.
You matter, no matter where you are in life’s journey. We all need help navigating life, and I am here to support you. Whether you want to vent about your day at work or just need time away from others, I am here for you in the way that you need me. I'm here to help you and cheer you on during your journey. Are you ready to embark on yours?
