Life can get in the way sometimes, and things get overwhelming. There are times where we just need someone to talk to and a space to feel safe and heard. My goals is to create that kind of space for my clients to explore their goals and aspirations. We are all human, and part of being human means making mistakes. I make them too! The approach I take with therapy is eclectic, as every person’s needs are different. I see therapy as a conversation between two people in this chaotic world. I strive to create a non-judgement/bias-free environment for all of my clients. The road isn't always easy, but we can do this together!
I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and have worked with individuals with many different mental health diagnoses. I utilize treatment approaches that allow for a collaborative process in creating a space for growth and development.
