Autism (ASD), ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and couples counseling are my jam, but I can also help with other concerns listed below. Many individuals hide parts of themselves that they feel others will not accept. This could include appearance, thoughts, feelings, emotions, actions, and behaviors. Experiences shape perceptions which create worldviews and sometimes navigation can be difficult. Life (usually) doesn't come with a GPS system and if you feel like your nervous system might implode, you are not alone.
An illusion! What are you hiding? Illusory Counseling was established on the notion that experiences can produce deceiving thoughts and emotions which may impact worldviews. I focus on a small, curated caseload (more time for you!) and offer my clients private diagnoses without AI usage, tailored treatment plans, flexible appointments, and secure messaging.
I feel that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors when discussing treatment. To ensure a good fit, a few of my interests include humor, coffee, gaming, jet skiing, animals, and my husband/kids.
