If this sounds familiar, hi, I’m Olivia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community mental health and an MSW from IUPUI. I work with teens (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, providing a warm but honest space to explore these patterns and build practical tools for lasting change.

I help clients understand how past experiences can shape anxiety, emotional responses, and relationship patterns. Using practical tools, mindfulness, and insight-focused work, we focus on building resilience, improving communication, and creating healthier ways of responding to stress and conflict.
