As an integrative systemic therapist, my approach is relational, affirming, and culturally responsive. I draw from Narrative Therapy to re-author experiences, Emotion-Focused Therapy to explore attachment and emotion, Parts work, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Somatic interventions, and Bowenian systems work, all in a collaborative, client-centered way.
