Email or call to book. Navigating ADHD, combined with life demands, can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with teens and adults 16+ who feel stuck, overstimulated, or emotionally drained from constantly pushing through. My goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence, and balance. Using strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, often incorporating EMDR, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether that means processing past wounds, building coping strategies, or redefining success. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and have real, lasting change.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver with a focus on Mental Health and Trauma. I specialize in EMDR, helping clients process and release emotional and somatic ties to the past. I also integrate CBT, DBT, Strengths-Based approaches, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for couples, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs.
I strive to create a supportive, understanding space where you feel heard and valued. If you’re ready to take the next step or simply have questions, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey.
