Anger Management
Breakthrough is pleased to offer an Anger Management group typically led by an experienced, licensed counselor who is also training an Intern near completion of their Master's degree. Group counseling gives members an opportunity to increase understanding, learn more about the ways they interact, and provides a safe space to try new ways of communicating with others. Members benefit from group therapy by sharing with others and realizing that they are not alone in their struggles. In the group environment, others can serve as mirrors that reflect the characteristics that one may wish to change or eliminate.
