I work with couples who feel stuck in painful cycles — constant conflict, emotional distance, betrayal, or feeling like you’re talking but not truly being heard. Many of the couples I support care deeply for each other, yet feel overwhelmed by patterns they can’t seem to break on their own. I also work with individuals who carry the impact of trauma, attachment wounds, or chronic stress and am especially passionate about helping women build a strong sense of self, process and heal trauma, so they can experience and maintain healthy connections in their closest relationships.
I help couples pause the cycle of reacting so they can better understand their deeper dynamics and connect in ways that feel more secure—even in moments of conflict or withdrawal. In individual therapy, we explore the nervous system and attachment style to strengthen the mind–body connection and bring insight and change to patterns that once felt unclear.
