My specialties include: addiction/recovery, trauma/C-PTSD, relationship issues, anxiety, ecological despair/anxiety, religious trauma, Women’s issues, HSP (highly sensitive persons), and bipolar/borderline. I understand that not every person responds to the same modality and therefore utilize an ecletic approach. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am deeply passionate about working with clients who are a part of the community.
Healing begins when we connect our body, mind, and spirit together. As a Holistic Mental Health Therapist, I process with you and create a space of openness, trust and acceptance. As a Yoga Therapist, I provide various tools to fit your specific needs, such as breathing exercises, meditations, yoga philosophy, and somatic movement.
Our sessions will be collaborative and conducted in a supportive and caring environment. I also offer outdoor ecotherapy sessions to deepen the therapy process. I believe in the power of community and welcome working with other health practitoners to provide the most well-rounded treatment for you.
