You continually come back to things you thought you understood and see deeper truths.” Many of my clients have tried therapy before and are ready to dive deeper with me by using holistic approaches that are trauma informed and somatic. My specialties include: Trauma/C-PTSD, LGBTQIA+, Anxiety, AuDHD, and more. As an AudHD and queer affirming therapist, I am deeply passionate about working with clients who are a part of the community.
While it is important to bring attention to the mind, I especially enjoy somatic (body-based) therapeutic practices because one, there is an innate wisdom our body has to offer and two, the body has a story to tell… are you ready to listen? Other therapeutic approaches I use are IFS (Parts Work), Compassion-Focused, Neuro-affirming therapy, and Ecotherapy.
I am a relational therapist, which means our sessions will be collaborative and conducted in a supportive and caring environment. I believe in the power of community and welcome working with other mind-body practitoners. I approach therapy from the mind, body, and spirit perspective and believe that an integration of the three is where healing begins.
