Beginning therapy with me means giving yourself an hour each week to slow down, take a deep breath (or a lot of deep breaths), and reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering. No matter what you’ve been through or what you’re going through, my job is to create a safe landing for my clients; one place you don't have to perform, where all parts of you are welcome and embraced. I work mostly with teenage girls (12-17) and women (18+) who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and relationship struggles.

I use a blend of Narrative and Attachment Therapy, focusing on reclaiming power over the stories we tell about ourselves and the world around us and helping us to safely and securely engage in relationships and community. With teens, I incorporate art projects, writing prompts, and sensory activities.

If you come into the office, we have tea, snacks, and blankets. If you’re joining virtually from the comfort of your own home, come in your coziest sweatpants, with your comfiest blanket and your favorite mug, and let’s get into it. My practice is inclusive and affirming of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and all marginalized communities.
