My primary modality is equine-assisted therapy, which offers a unique and powerful opportunity for clients to engage in healing through connection with horses. This experiential approach fosters emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relational growth in a natural, nonjudgmental setting. I recognize that mental health concerns are influenced by a combination of biological, psychological, and social factors. Therefore, I utilize a holistic approach to help individuals grappling with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression & trauma.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children and adolescents. I hold a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.
Before joining the One Heart Stables team, I guided horseback trail rides through Glacier and Rocky Mountain National Parks — an experience that deepened my belief in the healing power of nature and connection. I’m passionate about helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes, and improve their overall well-being. I am here to walk alongside you.
