I'm Olivia, a virtual anxiety and trauma therapist for women in Colorado and Texas. Sometimes anxiety feels like it’s running the show— endless overthinking, second-guessing everything, and making even the smallest decisions feel overwhelming. It may seem like everything is all together on the outside, but inside it all feels out of control. I provide an affirming, inclusive space for young adult women, LGBTQ+ clients, and anyone feeling the stress of today’s world to unpack those difficult emotions and start healing. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, breathe, and begin untangling the thoughts and feelings that feel so heavy.
