Olivia uses a client-centered approach by using therapeutic interventions such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
