One of the things I love about counseling is providing a safe space to reflect and grow, as well as the genuine connections that follow. My style is warm and deeply relational while ensuring this is a helpful space for you. We may take time to understand patterns and reflect on what's underneath, while also learning how to process and navigate emotions.
From my own experiences with loss, anxiety, and overcoming various challenges, I bring hope into sessions even when it feels hard to find your own. I also have training in OCD and loss, and I enjoy supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and transitions. I'd be honored to meet you where ever you are in your journey.
