Hi, I'm Olivia. I am an IFS Therapist, Young Adult Specialist, and Therapist for Therapists. I specialize in working with young adults discussing topics like: school, work, dating, family, friends, body image, alcohol, etc. I also specialize in grief, trauma, and relationships. Lastly, one of my favorite types of work is providing therapy for therapists. I offer both in person and virtual sessions, and I have limited openings for new clients. I have experience working with a wide array of identities including: LGBTQ+ affirmative, BIPOC allied, health at every size, and neurodivergent allied. I am level 2 trained in IFS therapy.
